This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your product.

Remote Control Functions
- POWER ON/OFF: Turns the unit on or off.
- MODE: Switches between CD, Bluetooth, FM, USB, and AUX modes.
- VOL - / ALARM CLOCK 2: Decreases volume; sets Alarm 2.
- VOL + / ALARM CLOCK 1: Increases volume; sets Alarm 1.
- PLAY/PAUSE: Starts or pauses playback.
- PREVIOUS / NEXT: Skips to previous/next track or radio station.
- ENTER: Confirms selections.
- STOP: Stops playback.
- FOLDER - / Channel -: Navigates folders or decreases channel.
- FOLDER + / Channel +: Navigates folders or increases channel.
- REPEAT: Repeats current track or all tracks.
- PROG (Program): Programs CD tracks.
- SCAN: Scans FM radio stations.
- SLEEP: Sets sleep timer.
- EQ: Adjusts equalizer settings.
- MUTE: Mutes audio output.
- TIME: Enters time setting mode.

Setup
Power Connection
Connect the supplied AC power adapter to the DC IN jack on the back of the unit, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

Battery Backup (Optional)
For time and alarm settings backup during power outages, insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. Ensure correct polarity (+/-).
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the POWER button on the unit or remote control to turn the device on or off.
Setting Time and Alarm

Setting the Time:
- Press the TIME button on the remote control. The hour digits will flash.
- Use the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press TIME again to confirm the hour. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press TIME or ENTER to confirm the minutes and exit time setting mode.
Setting the Alarm:
The unit supports two independent alarms (AL1 and AL2).
- Press and hold ALARM CLOCK 1 (VOL+) or ALARM CLOCK 2 (VOL-) button on the remote control. The alarm hour digits will flash.
- Use the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the respective ALARM CLOCK button again to confirm the hour. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the respective ALARM CLOCK button again to confirm the minutes.
- Continue pressing the ALARM CLOCK button to select the alarm source (CD, FM, USB, or Buzzer) and alarm volume.
- Press ENTER to save the alarm settings.
To activate/deactivate an alarm, short press the ALARM CLOCK 1 or ALARM CLOCK 2 button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
When the alarm sounds, press SNOOZE to temporarily silence it for 9 minutes. Press POWER to turn off the alarm completely until the next set time.
CD Playback

- Press the MODE button until "CD" appears on the display.
- Open the CD compartment lid and carefully place an audio CD (or MP3 CD) onto the spindle, label side up.
- Close the CD compartment lid. The unit will begin reading the disc.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE to start or pause playback.
- Use PREVIOUS or NEXT to skip tracks.
- Press STOP to end playback.
- Use the REPEAT button to cycle through repeat modes (Repeat 1, Repeat All, Random).
- To program tracks, press PROG while in stop mode, then use PREVIOUS or NEXT to select tracks and PROG to add them to the program list. Press PLAY/PAUSE to start programmed playback.
Bluetooth Pairing

- Press the MODE button until "BT" or "Bluetooth" appears on the display and you hear an audible prompt. The unit will enter pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Search for "Lukasa W1" (or similar name) in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Select "Lukasa W1" to connect. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound.
- You can now play audio from your device through the Lukasa CD Player. Use the unit's or remote's volume controls. Playback controls (Play/Pause, Skip) can be controlled from both the unit and your paired device.
FM Radio Operation

- Press the MODE button until "FM" appears on the display.
- Extend the soft antenna fully for better reception.
- Press and hold SCAN on the remote or PLAY/PAUSE on the unit to auto-scan and save available FM stations.
- Use the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to manually tune to a station or navigate through saved stations.
USB Playback

- Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB port.
- Press the MODE button until "USB" appears on the display.
- The unit will automatically begin playing the first track.
- Use PLAY/PAUSE, PREVIOUS, NEXT, and REPEAT buttons for playback control.
- Use FOLDER - and FOLDER + buttons on the remote to navigate between folders on the USB drive.
AUX Input
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the AUX IN port using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
- Press the MODE button until "AUX" appears on the display.
- Control playback from your external audio device. Adjust volume using the unit's or remote's volume controls.
Wireless Charging
The unit features a wireless charging pad on its top surface.
- Ensure the Lukasa CD Player is powered on and connected to AC power.
- Place your Qi-compatible smartphone directly onto the wireless charging pad.
- The phone's screen should indicate that charging has begun. If not, slightly adjust the phone's position until charging starts.
Note: Wireless charging may not work with certain phone cases. Remove the case if charging issues occur.
Sleep Timer
The sleep timer allows the unit to automatically turn off after a set period.
- While the unit is playing audio, press the SLEEP button on the remote control.
- Each press will cycle through available sleep times (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 60, 90 minutes, OFF).
- The selected sleep time will be displayed briefly. The unit will automatically turn off after the set duration.
Display Dimmer
Press the DIMMER button on the remote control to adjust the brightness of the LCD display.
Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your Lukasa CD Player.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
- CD Lens Care: If CD playback issues occur, use a commercially available CD lens cleaner disc to clean the optical lens.
- Storage: If the unit will not be used for an extended period, unplug it from the power outlet and remove the backup batteries. Store it in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
