- No Sound/Poor Sound Quality:
- Ensure both units are powered on and within range.
- Adjust the volume on the Parent Unit.
- Check for interference from other electronic devices. Move units further apart from other electronics.
- Units Not Connecting:
- Ensure both units are fully charged or plugged in.
- Power both units off and then on again.
- Move the Parent Unit closer to the Baby Unit.
- Temperature Alarm Sounds Constantly:
- Check the actual room temperature. If it's outside 60.8°F - 86°F, adjust the room's climate.
- Ensure the Baby Unit is not placed near a heat source or in direct sunlight, which could skew temperature readings.
- Parent Unit Battery Not Charging/Holding Charge:
- Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the Parent Unit and the power source.
- Try a different Type-C cable or USB power adapter.
- If the battery life has significantly decreased over time, it may be reaching the end of its lifespan.
- Limited Range:
- Obstacles like thick walls, metal structures, and other electronic devices can reduce range. Try repositioning the units.
