7. Operating Instructions

Once the charger is properly connected to both the wall outlet and your power station, the charging process will begin automatically. Most power stations will indicate charging status via their display or indicator lights.

  • Monitor your power station's display to confirm it is receiving power and charging.
  • Disconnect the charger from the power station and the wall outlet once charging is complete or if the power station is not in use.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When storing, coil the cables neatly to prevent kinks or damage.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the charger and cables for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or cracked casing. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Charger Not Providing Power:
    • Ensure both the AC power cable and the DC output cable are securely connected.
    • Verify the wall outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
    • Confirm your power station model is listed as compatible in Section 4. This charger is not compatible with Jackery 300/500/1000/1500/2000 models.
    • Check if your power station requires a higher wattage charger (e.g., 90W or 180W). This charger provides 65W.
  • Charger Overheating:
    • Ensure the charger is used in a well-ventilated area and not covered.
    • Confirm that the power station being charged is compatible and does not exceed the charger's specifications. Using an incompatible device can cause excessive heat.
    • If overheating persists, discontinue use and contact support.
  • Loose Connection:
    • If the DC connector feels loose in the power station's port, ensure it is fully inserted. If the issue persists, verify the power station's port is not damaged.
