Setup
1. Measuring Your Head for Proper Fit
A correctly sized helmet is essential for safety and comfort. Follow these steps to determine your head size:
- Use a flexible tape measure.
- Measure the circumference of your head by winding the tape measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears.

Note: If you feel slight pressure on your cheeks, it is normal. The internal padding will conform to your head shape after a few uses. For round oval head shapes, standard size is recommended. For long oval, consider a smaller size. For round, consider a larger size.
2. Securing the Chin Strap
The YM-925 helmet is equipped with a quick-release buckle system for the chin strap.
- Place the helmet on your head.
- Fasten the quick-release buckle securely. Ensure the strap is threaded correctly through the buckle.
- Adjust the strap length so it is snug under your chin, allowing no more than two fingers to fit between the strap and your chin.
- To release, press the red button on the buckle.

Operating Instructions
1. Modular Flip-Up Function

- To raise the chin bar: Locate the flip-up button, typically at the center bottom of the chin bar. Press the button and simultaneously push the chin bar upwards until it locks into the fully open position.
- To lower the chin bar: Press the release button (if present, or simply pull down) and gently pull the chin bar down until it clicks securely into the closed, full-face position. Ensure it is fully latched before riding.

2. Dual Visor System
The YM-925 helmet is equipped with a clear outer visor and an internal retractable sun visor.
- Clear Outer Visor: This visor provides primary eye protection. It can be opened and closed manually. Ensure it is fully closed when riding to protect against wind and debris. The visor is scratch-resistant and offers a wide field of view.
- Internal Sun Visor: To deploy the sun visor, locate the sun visor switch on the side of the helmet (refer to image below). Slide the switch forward or down to lower the sun visor. Slide it backward or up to retract it. Use the sun visor to reduce glare in bright conditions.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Helmet Shell

2. Cleaning Visors
