2. Safety Information

WARNING: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poisonous gas you cannot see or smell. NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open. ONLY use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.

This product can expose you to chemicals including carbon monoxide, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

CO Shield® Technology:

The integrated CO Shield® technology actively monitors carbon monoxide (CO) levels. If unsafe elevated levels of CO gas are detected in the generator's operating area, the system will automatically shut off the engine. This feature is an important safety measure but is not a substitute for proper ventilation or an indoor carbon monoxide alarm.
