5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe the keyboard's surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild neutral detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or alcohol, as these can damage the finish.
5.2 Storage
Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Check the volume level, ensure headphones are not connected if using speakers, and verify power supply.
- Power Issues: Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected or that batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted.
- Connectivity Problems: For USB-MIDI, ensure the correct drivers are installed on your computer. For Bluetooth, verify the WU-BT10 adapter is properly inserted and paired.
If problems persist, consult the full user manual or contact Casio customer support.
