  1. Power Connection: Connect the included AC adapter to the DC 9.5V port on the rear of the keyboard and plug it into a wall outlet. Alternatively, for portable use, insert 6 AA batteries into the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.
  2. Music Rest Attachment: Insert the music rest into the designated slots on the top panel of the keyboard.
  3. Headphones/External Output: For private practice, connect headphones to the PHONES/OUTPUT jack. To connect to an external amplifier or sound system, use the same PHONES/OUTPUT jack.
  4. Sustain Pedal (Optional): Connect a compatible sustain pedal (sold separately) to the PEDAL jack on the rear panel.
