It also includes a powerful 200-gram steam shot for stubborn wrinkles, a water spray function, a precision ironing tip, and an anti-drip system.
2. Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds to your mains voltage.
- Do not leave the iron unattended while it is switched on or connected to the mains.
- Keep the iron and its cord out of reach of children.
- Never immerse the iron in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the iron with a damaged cord or plug, or if it has been dropped or damaged.
- The soleplate can become extremely hot. Avoid direct contact with skin.
- Always unplug the iron before filling with water, emptying, or cleaning.
- Use the iron only for its intended household purpose.
3. Setup
3.1 First Use
- Remove any stickers or protective foil from the soleplate.
- It is normal for a slight odor or smoke to occur during the first use as manufacturing residues burn off. This will disappear after a short time.
- Iron an old piece of fabric first to ensure no residues are transferred to your garments.
3.2 Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the iron is unplugged from the mains.
- Open the water inlet cover.
- Fill the water tank with tap water up to the 'MAX' mark. Do not overfill.
- Close the water inlet cover securely.

4. Operating the Iron
4.1 Temperature Setting
- Plug the iron into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the temperature control dial to the desired setting according to the fabric type. Refer to the garment care labels.
- The indicator light will illuminate, showing the iron is heating. It will turn off when the set temperature is reached.

4.2 Steam Functions
- Continuous Steam: For continuous steam, set the temperature to the steam zone (usually between '••' and 'MAX'). The iron will produce steam automatically once the temperature is reached.
- Steam Shot: Press the steam shot button for an extra burst of steam (up to 200 grams) to remove stubborn creases. Wait a few seconds between shots.
- Vertical Steam: The steam shot can also be used for vertical steaming of hanging garments or curtains. Hold the iron vertically a few centimeters away from the fabric.
4.3 Water Spray Function
Press the spray button to moisten dry areas of fabric, making ironing easier.
4.4 Anti-Drip System
The anti-drip system prevents water from dripping onto your garments when ironing at low temperatures.
4.5 Precision Ironing Tip
The specially designed small ironing tip allows for easy ironing around buttons, seams, and collars.

4.6 Automatic Shut-off
For your safety, the iron will automatically switch off if left stationary for a period of time (horizontally for 30 seconds, vertically for 8 minutes). To reactivate, simply move the iron.
4.7 Cable Management
The 2-meter extra-long cable with a flexible hinge allows for easy maneuverability and convenient storage.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Soleplate
- Allow the iron to cool completely.
- Wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner if necessary.
- Do not use abrasive pads, scourers, or harsh chemicals as these can damage the soleplate.
5.2 Descaling
Regular descaling is crucial for maintaining the performance and extending the lifespan of your iron, especially in areas with hard water. Limescale deposits can be removed using a special descaling liquid designed for steam irons. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling product.
- Always ensure the iron is unplugged and cool before descaling.
- Never use vinegar or other strong acids, as they can damage internal components.
