Setup

Battery Charging

The drill is powered by a 12V Lithium-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery. Insert the battery pack into the charger, ensuring proper alignment. The charger indicator light will show the charging status. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

Installing/Removing Battery Pack

• To Install: Align the battery pack with the receptacle in the tool handle and slide it in until it clicks into place.
• To Remove: Press the battery release button (usually located on the battery pack) and slide the battery pack out of the tool handle.

Installing Drill Bits/Accessories

This drill features a 10mm keyless chuck.

1. Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise until the jaws are open wide enough to insert the drill bit or accessory.
2. Insert the drill bit into the chuck as far as it will go.
3. Rotate the chuck clockwise firmly to tighten the jaws around the drill bit. Ensure the bit is centered and securely held.
4. To remove, rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to loosen the jaws.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Variable Speed

The drill is activated by pressing the trigger switch. The speed of the drill is variable and controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing the trigger further increases the speed up to 1250 RPM.

Forward/Reverse Rotation

A forward/reverse selector switch is located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (for drilling and driving screws) and to the right for reverse rotation (for removing screws or freeing jammed bits). Ensure the switch is in the center position for safety when not in use, as this locks the trigger.

Torque Adjustment

The drill features a torque adjustment collar located behind the chuck. Rotate the collar to select the desired torque setting. Lower settings are for driving small screws or working with soft materials, while higher settings are for larger screws or harder materials. The drill will stop rotating once the set torque is reached, preventing overtightening or damage to the workpiece.
