3. Setup

  1. Preparation: Ensure your vehicle's engine is running to provide stable 12V power to the compressor. Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
  2. Connect to Power: Connect the compressor's power cable directly to your vehicle's 12V car battery terminals. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Attach Air Hose: Screw the coiled air hose securely onto the air outlet port of the compressor.
  4. Select Adapter: Choose the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., tire valve, sports ball needle).

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Connect to Item: Attach the chosen nozzle adapter to the item you intend to inflate. For tires, firmly screw the tire valve connector onto the tire valve stem.
  2. Check Pressure: The integrated pressure gauge will display the current pressure of the item. Note this reading.
  3. Start Inflation: Turn on the compressor using the power switch located on the unit. The compressor will begin to inflate the item.
  4. Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the pressure gauge during inflation. Inflate to the recommended pressure for your tire or item. Do not exceed the maximum recommended pressure.
  5. Stop Inflation: Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the compressor.
  6. Disconnect: Carefully disconnect the nozzle adapter from the item and then disconnect the power clamps from the car battery.
  7. Cool Down: Allow the compressor to cool down after use, especially after prolonged operation.

Note: For optimal performance and to prevent overheating, avoid continuous operation for more than 10-15 minutes. Allow the unit to cool for at least 10 minutes between uses if prolonged inflation is required.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your compressor.
