The MZ-Switch offers three versatile wearing options, each optimized for different activities:
- Chest Mode (ECG): Provides 99.4% accuracy, ideal for high-intensity activities and exercises involving repetitive gripping (e.g., weightlifting, cycling). Ensure the electrodes are moistened for best contact.
- Wrist Mode (PPG): Offers 95% accuracy, suitable for non-gripping activities like running, walking, and swimming. Wear it snugly on your wrist.
- Arm Mode (PPG): Also provides 95% accuracy, best for non-gripping activities where wrist movement might interfere, or for comfort preference. Wear it snugly on your forearm or bicep.
