The Serta Heated Blanket is designed to provide warmth and comfort. It features a reversible design with ultra-soft fleece on one side and cozy sherpa on the other. This product is ETL certified, ensuring it meets high safety standards.
Important Safety Information
To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions:
- Always ensure the controller is uncovered during use to prevent overheating.
- Do not use this heated product on waterbeds, bunk beds, adjustable beds, or children's cribs and beds.
- Keep the blanket spread out evenly on the bed or over your body. Avoid bunching or folding the blanket while it is in operation.
- Ensure the controller and power cords are loose, not twisted, pinched, or trapped.
- Do not lay on top of the blanket in a way that could damage internal coils.
- This blanket is equipped with an automatic shut-off timer for safety.

Setup
- Unpack the blanket and controller from its packaging.
- Lay the heated blanket flat on your bed, ensuring it is spread out evenly without any folds or creases.
- Connect the controller cord to the blanket's connector. Ensure a secure connection.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V/60Hz electrical outlet.
- Position the controller in an easily accessible location, ensuring it is not covered by other bedding or objects.
Operating Instructions
Your Serta Heated Blanket features an easy-to-use controller with multiple heat settings and an auto-shutoff timer.
- Power On/Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the blanket on or off.
- Heat Settings: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the heat level. There are 10 heat settings available, displayed on the LCD screen.
- Auto Shut-Off Timer: Press the 'TIMER/HEAT' button to cycle through the auto shut-off timer settings, from 1 to 12 hours. The blanket will automatically turn off after the selected duration.
- Dual Control (for Queen and King sizes): Larger sizes come with two controllers, allowing independent temperature adjustment for each side of the bed.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life of your heated blanket. Always disconnect the controller(s) from the blanket and unplug from the wall outlet before cleaning.
Washing Instructions:
- Wash by hand or use a delicate cycle in a washing machine.
- Use cold water and minimal detergent.
- Remove immediately after the spin cycle to prevent creasing.
Drying Instructions:
- Tumble dry on medium or low heat for 5 minutes.
- Gently stretch the blanket and hang to finish drying.
- Do not hang with clothespins, as this can damage the internal wires.
- Do not iron the blanket.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Controller light is blinking. | Unplug the blanket from the wall outlet and reconnect the controller to the blanket. Plug it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Controller feels warm to the touch. | This is normal. The control unit may feel warm during operation as small amounts of electricity cycle through it. |
| Blanket is not heating. | Ensure all connections are secure and the blanket is plugged into a working outlet. Check if the auto shut-off timer has expired. If the problem continues, refer to the blinking light solution or contact support. |
End-of-Season Storage:
To prolong the life of your electric blanket, we recommend rolling the blanket rather than folding it tightly. Do not compress it or place heavy objects on top, as this can damage the internal wires and affect functionality.
