Setup

1. Power Supply

The scale can be powered by two AAA batteries or via USB-C charging.

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  2. USB Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the scale's charging port and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The scale can operate while charging.

2. Placement

Place the scale on a hard, flat, and level surface to ensure accurate readings. Uneven surfaces can affect precision.

Operating Instructions

Press the "UNIT" button to cycle through the available measurement units: grams (g), ounces (oz), pounds:ounces (lb:oz), milliliters for water (ml), and fluid ounces for water (fl.oz).

3. Tare Function

The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container or previously added ingredients, enabling you to measure subsequent items accurately.

  1. Place an empty container on the scale.
  2. Press the "TARE" button. The display will reset to "0".
  3. Add ingredients to the container. The display will show only the net weight of the ingredients.
  4. Repeat the tare process as needed for multiple ingredients.

4. Weighing Items

After powering on and selecting the desired unit (and taring if necessary), place the item(s) to be weighed directly onto the center of the scale platform. The weight will be displayed instantly.

5. Overload Indication

If the display shows "EEEE" or a similar error message, the scale is overloaded. Remove items immediately to prevent damage.

6. Low Battery Indication

When the battery symbol appears on the display, it indicates that the batteries are low and need to be replaced or recharged via the USB-C port.
