4. Setup
- Place the Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. The base features suction cups on the bottom for stability during operation.
- Attach the Work Bowl: Place the 12-cup work bowl onto the motor base. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
- Insert the Blade/Disc: Carefully select the desired blade (S-blade, dough blade) or disc (grating, shredding, slicing, french fry) and place it onto the center shaft within the work bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Secure the Lid: Place the lid onto the work bowl, aligning the tab on the lid with the slot on the handle. Rotate the lid clockwise until it locks into place. The safety interlock system will prevent the processor from operating if the lid is not correctly secured.
- Insert Feed Tube/Pusher: If using a disc, insert the appropriate feed tube (small, medium, or large) into the lid's feed tube opening. Use the pusher to guide ingredients through the feed tube during operation.
5. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, plug the food processor into a standard electrical outlet. Use the control dial on the front of the motor base to select your desired speed or pulse function.

Speed Settings:
- OFF: Turns the appliance off.
- PULSE: Provides short bursts of power for controlled chopping and mixing. Hold the dial in the 'Pulse' position for desired duration, then release.
- LOW: Continuous low-speed operation for softer ingredients or gentle mixing.
- HIGH: Continuous high-speed operation for tougher ingredients or faster processing.
Using Different Accessories:
- Chopping/Mincing: Use the Large S-blade for general chopping of vegetables, nuts, or meats. For smaller quantities, use the Mini-Chopping Bowl with its dedicated Small S-blade.
- Grating/Shredding/Slicing: Attach the appropriate disc (Grating, Reversible Medium Shredding/Slicing, French Fry Cut) onto the shaft. Place ingredients into the feed tube and use the pusher to guide them through.

- Dough: Attach the Dough Blade for kneading various types of dough.
