2. Important Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious injury, and/or damage. This includes:

  • Motor Base: Contains the 1400 peak-watt motor and control panel.

4. Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Wash: Wash all containers, lids, and blade assemblies in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The motor base should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  4. Power: Ensure the blender is unplugged before assembling any components.

5. Operating Instructions

The Ninja BN750 Duo Plus Blender offers both Auto-iQ programs and manual speed controls.

5.1. Control Panel Overview

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
  • Auto-iQ Programs: Pre-set programs designed for specific tasks.
    • SMOOTHIE: Ideal for blending fruits and dairy into smooth, sippable drinks.
    • EXTRACT: Liquefies whole fruits and vegetables for nutrient extractions.
  • Manual Speeds: Provides full control over blending.
    • LOW: For mixing thin batters, gravies, and marinades.
    • MED: For creaming soups, blending dips, and mixing thicker batters.
    • HIGH: For crushing ice, pureeing frozen fruits, and making smoothies.
    • PULSE: For controlled chopping and processing. Use short bursts.

5.2. Using the Total Crushing Pitcher

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Place the pitcher onto the motor base and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
  3. Carefully place the Stacked Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the pitcher.
  4. Add ingredients to the pitcher. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
  5. Place the pitcher lid on the pitcher and press down firmly until it clicks into place. The handle must be aligned with the pour spout.
  6. Plug in the power cord.
  7. Select your desired Auto-iQ program or manual speed.
  8. To stop, press the selected program button again or the power button.
  9. Unplug the unit before removing the lid and blade assembly.

5.3. Using the Single-Serve Cup

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Add ingredients to the single-serve cup. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
  3. Screw the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly onto the top of the cup until a tight seal is achieved.
  4. Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base. Turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
  5. Plug in the power cord.
  6. Select your desired Auto-iQ program (SMOOTHIE or EXTRACT) or manual speed.
  7. To stop, press the selected program button again or the power button.
  8. Unplug the unit. Remove the cup by turning it counter-clockwise and lifting it off the motor base.
  9. Carefully unscrew the blade assembly from the cup. Attach the spout lid for on-the-go use.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your blender.

  • Always unplug the motor base before cleaning.
  • Motor Base: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  • Containers and Lids: Wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Blade Assemblies: Handle with extreme care. Wash immediately after use to prevent food from drying on the blades. Use a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades.
  • Dishwasher Safety: The containers and lids are generally top-rack dishwasher safe. The blade assemblies are NOT dishwasher safe.
  • Storage: Store the blender assembled or with components neatly stored to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Blender does not turn on. Unit not plugged in; container/lid not properly assembled; power outage. Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Verify pitcher/cup and lid are locked into place. Check household circuit breaker.
Ingredients are not blending smoothly. Too many ingredients; not enough liquid; ingredients are too large. Reduce ingredient quantity. Add more liquid. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use PULSE function to break down larger items.
Motor stops during operation. Overheating due to overload. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes. Reduce the load in the container before restarting.
Lid/cup is difficult to remove. Vacuum seal created by blending. Wait a few moments after blending. Gently twist and lift.
