Key Features

4-in-1 Cleaning System

The Narwal T10 offers four primary cleaning modes: sweeping, mopping, automatic mop washing, and automatic mop drying. This integrated system minimizes manual intervention for a cleaner home.

Self-Cleaning Station

The innovative base station automatically washes and dries the robot's mop pads. It features separate 1.3-gallon tanks for clean and dirty water, ensuring fresh water is always used for mopping. The textured surface within the station provides agitation to dislodge dirt from the pads during cleaning cycles.

Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all included components are present: Robot Vacuum and Mop x1, Base Station x1, Vacuuming Module x1, Mopping Module x2, Hook Cutter x1, Power Cord x1, Magnetic Strip x1, Filter Sponge x2, Mop x4, Side Brush x2.
  2. Base Station Placement: Place the base station on a hard, flat surface against a wall, ensuring adequate clear space around it for the robot to dock.
  3. Fill Water Tanks: Open the top lid of the base station. Remove the clean water tank (blue) and fill it with clean tap water. Place it back into the base station. The wastewater tank (clear) should be empty before starting.
  4. App Download and Connection: Download the official Narwal app. Scan the QR code located on the robot or base station, or search for 'Narwal' in your app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the robot to your home Wi-Fi network. Note: The Narwal T10 supports 2.4G WiFi. If your router supports both 2.4G and 5G, it is recommended to switch to 2.4G WiFi during setup for stability.
  5. Initial Mapping Run: Once connected, initiate an initial mapping run through the app. The robot will explore your home to create a detailed map, which is essential for efficient cleaning and setting up customized zones.

Operating Instructions

  1. Switching Modules: The Narwal T10 uses separate modules for vacuuming and mopping. To switch, lift the robot from the base station, remove the current module (either vacuuming or mopping), and attach the desired module. The mop pads attach securely with Velcro.
  2. Starting a Cleaning Cycle:
    • Via App: Use the Narwal app to select cleaning modes (sweep or mop), specific rooms or areas, and the number of cleaning runs (1 to 3 times). You can also adjust vacuuming suction levels and mopping moisture levels.
    • Via Base Station: Short press the 'Play/Pause' button on the base station to start or pause a cleaning task. Short press the 'Home' button to send the robot back to its base station.
  3. Setting No-Go Zones: Use the app's mapping feature to define virtual barriers or no-go zones where you do not want the robot to vacuum or mop. These settings can be saved for future auto-scheduled runs.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your Narwal T10.

  1. Emptying Dirty Water Tank: The base station will notify you when the dirty water tank is full. Remove the tank and dispose of the wastewater.
  2. Refilling Clean Water Tank: The base station will notify you when the clean water tank is low. Refill it with clean water as needed.
  3. Cleaning Mop Pads: While the self-cleaning station cleans the pads during operation, it is recommended to periodically remove and manually wash the mop pads for thorough cleaning, especially after mopping heavily soiled areas. The pads are easily detachable due to their Velcro attachment.
  4. Cleaning Dustbin and Filter: The robot's dustbin is located under a top cover. Remove the dustbin and empty its contents. The HEPA filter inside the dustbin is washable. Remove the thin mesh filter for easier cleaning.
  5. Cleaning the Base Station Tray: Periodically clean the tray at the bottom of the base station where the robot docks. Wipe away any accumulated residue or excess water.
