4. Setup

4.1 Attaching and Detaching Accessories

To attach an accessory (dough hook, whisk, or beater), ensure the mixer is unplugged and the head is tilted up. Align the accessory shaft with the output shaft, push it up, and twist clockwise until it locks into place. To detach, push up and twist counter-clockwise, then pull down.

4.2 Attaching and Detaching Mixing Bowl

To attach the stainless steel mixing bowl, place it onto the base, aligning the guides, and twist clockwise until it locks securely. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and lift the bowl off the base.

4.3 Attaching the Splash Guard

The transparent splash guard helps prevent ingredients from splattering during mixing. It easily attaches to the mixer head once an accessory is installed and the head is lowered. The pour spout allows for adding ingredients while the mixer is running.
