2. Important Safety Instructions

3. Product Components

4. Setup
- Unpack the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Ensure the heating pad and controller are clean and free from any damage.
- Connect the detachable controller to the heating pad by firmly inserting the connector into the pad's socket. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Place the heating pad on a flat, dry surface or the desired body area.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the heating pad, press the Power Key on the controller. The LED display will illuminate.
- To turn off the heating pad, press the Power Key again. The LED display will turn off.
5.2 Adjusting Heat Settings
The heating pad offers 6 heat levels. To adjust the heat:
- Press the Heat Setting button repeatedly to cycle through the available heat levels.
- The corresponding LED indicator on the controller will light up to show the selected heat level.

5.3 Setting the Timer
The heating pad features an automatic shut-off timer with 4 settings. To set the timer:
- Press the Timer Setting button repeatedly to cycle through the available timer durations.
- The corresponding LED indicator on the controller will light up to show the selected timer duration.
- The heating pad will automatically turn off once the selected time has elapsed.

5.4 Wet Heat Therapy
For enhanced relief, the heating pad can be used for wet heat therapy.
- Lightly spray a fine mist of water onto the surface of the heating pad. Do not saturate the pad.
- Ensure the controller and power cord remain dry.
- Proceed with normal operation as described above.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
The Sinocare Electric Heating Pad is designed for easy maintenance.
6.1 Before Cleaning
- Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet.
- Allow the pad to cool completely.
- Detach the controller from the heating pad by gently pulling the connector.
6.2 Machine Washing
The heating pad is machine washable.
- Wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water.
- Do not bleach or iron the heating pad.
- Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reattaching the controller or storing.
6.3 Storage
- Ensure the heating pad is completely cool and dry before storing.
- Store the heating pad in its original packaging or a clean, dry place.
