Specifications

Setup and Installation

1. Check TV Compatibility

Before installation, ensure your TV meets the following criteria:

• TV Size: Between 23 and 55 inches.
• TV Weight: Between 11 lbs (5 kg) and 66 lbs (30 kg).
• VESA Pattern: Compatible with VESA patterns from 100x100mm to 400x400mm. Measure the horizontal and vertical distance between the mounting holes on the back of your TV.

2. Wall Compatibility

This mount is designed for installation on:

• Wood Stud Walls
• Solid Concrete Walls

DO NOT install onto drywall alone. Concrete anchors will be required for concrete/brick walls.

3. Installation Steps

Follow these general steps for installation. Refer to the detailed graphic instructions included in your package for specific hardware and drilling requirements.

1. Attach TV Plate to TV: Secure the VESA TV plate to the back of your television using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
2. Install Wall Plate to Wall: Locate the desired mounting position on your wall. Use the provided bubble level to mark the drilling points accurately. Drill pilot holes and securely attach the wall plate to the wall studs (for wood) or concrete/brick using the appropriate anchors and lag bolts.
3. Hang TV on Wall Plate: Carefully lift the TV (with the attached TV plate) and hook it onto the wall plate. Secure the TV to the wall plate using the locking mechanisms or screws as indicated in the detailed instructions.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

The ELIVED YD1010 features a spring arm for smooth height adjustment. To adjust the height:

• Gently press the forearm of the mount to the horizontal position.
• If the TV/monitor rises up, it indicates the tension is too high for the TV's weight.
• If the TV/monitor sags down, it indicates the tension is too low. Turn the tension adjustment bolt clockwise to increase tension.
• Adjust the tension bolt located on the arm using an Allen key until the TV stays in the desired position. The lower nut will turn when the bolt is adjusted; this is normal and should not be stopped.

Extend and Retract

The articulating arm allows you to pull the TV out from the wall or push it back in:

• Extend: Gently pull the TV forward to extend the arm up to 23.11 inches from the wall.
• Retract: Push the TV back towards the wall until it is as close as 2.36 inches.

Tilt, Swivel, and Level Adjustment

Adjust your TV for optimal viewing angles:

• Tilt: The screen can be tilted 5° upwards and 15° downwards to reduce glare and improve viewing comfort. Loosen the tilt adjustment screws, set the desired angle, and re-tighten.
• Swivel: The mount allows for up to 180° swivel left or right, depending on the TV size and wall distance. Gently pivot the TV to the desired angle.
• Level: If the TV appears slightly unlevel after installation, use the ±3° screen level adjustment feature. Loosen the leveling screws, adjust the screen, and re-tighten.

Cable Management

• Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.

Troubleshooting

TV Does Not Stay at Desired Height

This indicates the tension of the spring arm is not correctly adjusted for your TV's weight.

• If the TV rises: The tension is too high. Turn the tension adjustment bolt counter-clockwise to decrease tension.
• If the TV sags: The tension is too low. Turn the tension adjustment bolt clockwise to increase tension.
• Refer to the "Height Adjustment" section for visual guidance.

Difficulty Adjusting Tilt or Level

Ensure the adjustment screws for tilt and level are sufficiently loosened before attempting to reposition the TV. Once the desired angle is achieved, re-tighten the screws firmly.

Mount Feels Loose or Unstable

Immediately check all mounting points:

• Verify that the lag bolts securing the wall plate to the wall are tight.
• Ensure the screws attaching the VESA plate to the TV are secure.
• Confirm that the TV is properly seated and locked onto the wall plate.
• If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
