5. Setup & Installation

Before beginning installation, ensure the power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker. This fixture supports two installation methods: surface mounting and recessed mounting.

5.1. Surface Mounting

  1. Mark the desired position for the spotlight on the ceiling.
  2. Use the mounting bracket (if provided, or the fixture itself) as a template to mark the screw holes.
  3. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if necessary.
  4. Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the spotlight's terminal block, ensuring correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth).
  5. Secure the spotlight to the ceiling using the provided screws.

5.2. Recessed Mounting

  1. Ensure there is at least 15 cm of clear space above the ceiling for the fixture.
  2. Cut a circular hole in the ceiling with a diameter of approximately 150 mm. Refer to the dimensions diagram for precise measurements.
  3. Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the spotlight's terminal block, ensuring correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth).
  4. Fold back the spring clips on the sides of the spotlight.
  5. Carefully push the spotlight into the cut-out hole. The spring clips will automatically secure the fixture in place.

6. Operating Instructions

The INSPIRE MANOA Flat LED Spotlight features a dual color temperature function controlled by your standard wall switch. There is no separate dimmer or switch on the fixture itself.

  1. First Click: Turn the light switch ON. The spotlight will illuminate with 4000K (Neutral White) at 100% intensity. This setting is ideal for tasks requiring clear visibility, such as working or cooking.
  2. Second Click: Turn the light switch OFF, then immediately ON again. The spotlight will switch to 3000K (Warm White) at 50% intensity. This setting creates a cozy and relaxing ambiance.
  3. Third Click: Turn the light switch OFF, then immediately ON again. The spotlight will turn OFF.
  4. The cycle repeats with each subsequent ON/OFF toggle.

7. Maintenance
