2. Safety Information

• Do not disassemble or modify the earbuds or charging case.
• Keep the device away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and corrosive substances.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to high volume levels to prevent hearing damage.
• Clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
• Dispose of the product responsibly according to local regulations.

3. Product Overview

Components:

• Earbuds: Left and Right earbuds with touch control surfaces and silicone ear tips.
• Charging Case: Portable case used for charging and storing the earbuds. Features a USB-C charging port and LED indicators.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicators on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour for the case.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 for a fast and stable connection.

1. First-time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash, indicating they are ready to pair.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "AWEI T20" from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing. You will hear a confirmation tone.
5. Automatic Reconnection: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

5.2 Wearing the Earbuds

Insert the earbuds gently into your ears and rotate them slightly to find a comfortable and secure fit. The correct fit helps optimize sound quality and noise isolation.

5.3 Touch Controls

The AWEI T20 earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud for easy management of music and calls.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry for proper charging.

6.2 Water Resistance (IPX5)

The AWEI T20 earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. They are suitable for workouts and light rain exposure.

• Do not submerge the earbuds in water.
• Do not expose them to running water or use them while swimming.
• Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

6.3 Storage
