Setup and Installation
1. Pre-Installation

- Determine the desired mounting height for your TV.
- Locate wall studs if mounting on wood, or ensure the concrete/brick wall is solid.
2. Mounting the Wall Plate
- Place the drilling template on the wall at the desired height and use a level to ensure it is straight. Mark the drill holes.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For concrete/brick, insert wall anchors.

Swivel
The mount allows for a swivel of up to 180 degrees (left to right), depending on your TV size and wall distance. This enables optimal viewing from various angles in a room.
Tilt
Adjust the vertical viewing angle by tilting the TV +5 degrees upwards or -15 degrees downwards. Loosen the tilt adjustment screws, set the desired angle, and re-tighten the screws.
Rotation
For specific applications, the TV can be rotated ±90 degrees to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. This feature provides maximum freedom of movement.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Lubrication: The moving parts are designed for smooth operation. If any joints become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied.
Troubleshooting
- TV is not level: Check the wall plate installation with a level. Adjust the leveling screws on the TV brackets if available, or re-adjust the wall plate if significantly off.
- Mount feels loose: Immediately check all mounting screws on both the wall plate and the TV brackets. Ensure they are fully tightened. If the wall anchors are compromised, professional assistance may be required.
- Difficulty adjusting movement: Ensure no cables are snagged. Check if any adjustment screws (for tilt or swivel) are overtightened. Loosen slightly with the provided hex key if needed.
- Missing parts: Refer to the "What's Included" section. Contact customer support if any essential parts are missing.
