  • Adjust the back and foot positions carefully, and do not exceed the specified number of reclining positions.
  • Always check the chair's stability before use, and avoid using it on uneven surfaces.
  • Folding chairs should be fully opened and locked into position before sitting to prevent accidental folding.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your lounge chairs.

  • Cleaning: The chair's fabric is ventilated and designed to be easy to clean. Simply wipe down the fabric and frame with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water.
  • After Rain: The fabric may hold water after rain. It is recommended to wipe down the chairs to prevent water accumulation and speed up drying.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, especially during harsh weather, it is advisable to fold and store the chairs indoors to protect them from elements and prolong their lifespan.
  • Rust Prevention: The frame is made of stainless steel for anti-rust properties. However, regular cleaning and ensuring the chairs are dry before storage can further prevent any potential corrosion.

8. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common concerns you might encounter with your lounge chairs.

  • Difficulty Unfolding/Folding: If the chair is stiff or difficult to unfold/fold, ensure no parts are obstructed. Apply gentle, even pressure. Over time, the mechanism may become smoother with use. Avoid forcing the chair, which could cause damage.
  • Chair Instability: Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, even surface. Verify that all legs are fully extended and all locking mechanisms are engaged after unfolding. Uneven ground can cause wobbling.
  • Rust Spots: While the frame is stainless steel, prolonged exposure to moisture or certain chemicals can still lead to surface rust. Regularly clean and dry the chairs, especially after rain or pool use. Store indoors when not in use for extended periods.
  • Fabric Sagging/Damage: Ensure the chair is not overloaded beyond its maximum weight capacity. Inspect the fabric periodically for any signs of wear or damage. Contact customer support for replacement parts if necessary.
