Operating Instructions

1. String Trimmer/Edger Operation

The MAXLANDER string trimmer offers 2-in-1 functionality for trimming and edging.

  • Trimming: Hold the trimmer with both hands, ensuring the cutting head is parallel to the ground. Press the trigger to start. Move the trimmer in a sweeping motion to cut grass. The 12-inch cutting path allows for efficient coverage.
  • Edging: To convert to an edger, rotate the trimmer head 90 degrees. The pre-installed rubberized wheel will support and guide the edger along hard surfaces like driveways and sidewalks, providing straighter lines and cleaner cuts.
  • Automatic Line Feed: This trimmer features an innovative push-button command feed spool system. Each time you press the start button, the wire will automatically extend by approximately 0.5cm, ensuring a fresh cutting line without manual adjustment.
  • Guard Protection: The protection ring acts as a space guard, preventing damage to plants, landscape features, and lawn ornaments while trimming close to them.
