The rear panel (refer to Figure 3) includes:

Setup

Initial Charging

  1. Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the CHARGING port on the rear panel.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included, use a standard mobile phone adapter) or a powered USB port.
  3. The LED display will indicate charging status. Charging is complete when the indicator changes or turns off (refer to the LED display for specific charging indications).

Powering On/Off

  • To turn ON the speaker, slide the Power Switch on the rear panel to the "ON" position.
  • To turn OFF the speaker, slide the Power Switch to the "OFF" position.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon or a voice prompt.
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "IDANCE Groove 220" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will confirm the connection, and the Bluetooth indicator will become solid.
  5. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

USB/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or TF/MicroSD card (with MP3 audio files) into the respective port on the rear panel.
  2. The speaker should automatically switch to USB/TF mode. If not, press the Mode button until "USB" or "TF" is displayed.
  3. Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next Track buttons to control playback.

AUX Input

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external audio device.
  3. Press the Mode button until "AUX" is displayed.
  4. Control playback and volume from your external audio device.

Karaoke Function

  1. Connect the wired microphone to the MIC INPUT port on the rear panel.
  2. Adjust the Microphone Volume Knob to control the microphone's output level.
  3. Use the ECHO Knob to add an echo effect to your voice.
  4. Ensure music is playing via Bluetooth, USB, or AUX for a complete karaoke experience.

SHARING Mode (Connect Two Speakers)

The SHARING mode allows you to connect two IDANCE Groove 220 speakers (same model) for a stereo or synchronized audio experience.

  1. Ensure both Groove 220 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the SHARING button. The speaker will indicate it's searching for another speaker.
  3. On the second speaker, press the SHARING button briefly.
  4. Once connected, both speakers will confirm the SHARING connection. You can then pair your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth, and audio will play through both units.

RGB LED Disco Lights

The speaker features integrated RGB LED lights in the woofer that synchronize with the music. These lights activate automatically when the speaker is playing audio. There are no specific controls for the LED patterns; they are designed to enhance the audio experience visually.

Charging the Battery

The IDANCE Groove 220 speaker is equipped with a rechargeable Li-ion battery, providing 4 to 8 hours of playback depending on volume and usage.

  • Connect the USB charging cable to the CHARGING port on the speaker and to a USB power source.
  • A full charge typically takes several hours. Avoid overcharging the battery.
