3. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is straightforward but involves numerous screws. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps, though one person can complete it. Allow approximately 1-2 hours for initial assembly.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Keep all packing materials until assembly is complete.
- Install Leveling Feet: Before attaching the base to the sides, install the leveling feet onto the bottom panel. This can simplify later adjustments.
- Assemble Cabinet Frame: Connect the side panels to the bottom and top panels using the provided hardware. Ensure all holes align correctly. The design features strong gussets and pre-threaded bolt holes for secure connections.
- Attach Back Panels: Secure the four back panels to the cabinet frame.
- Install Doors: Attach the two stainless steel doors. The doors are designed to be installed in two pieces. Ensure proper alignment for smooth operation.
- Install Handles and Lock: Secure the recessed handles and the lock mechanism to the doors. Test the lock with the provided keys.
- Insert Shelves: Place the three adjustable steel shelves into the desired positions. The shelves can be adjusted at 1-inch increments.

Tip for Plastic Fasteners: If your model includes plastic fasteners, a surgical hemostat can be used to grip the shank under the top button while lightly tapping with a hammer to lock them in place. This prevents bending or breaking.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Locking and Unlocking the Cabinet
The cabinet features lockable stainless steel doors for securing contents. Insert the key into the lock on the right door and turn to lock or unlock. The doors also have magnets at the top and bottom to help keep them closed when unlocked.

4.2 Adjusting Shelves
The three steel shelves are height adjustable in 1-inch increments. To adjust a shelf:
- Remove all items from the shelf.
- Carefully lift the shelf and disengage it from its current support slots.
- Re-position the shelf supports to the desired height, ensuring they are level on both sides.
- Place the shelf back onto the supports, ensuring it is securely seated.
