- Sit comfortably. Identify the left and right leg wraps.
- Wrap the foot section around your foot, securing with Velcro.
- Wrap the calf section around your calf, securing with Velcro.
- Wrap the thigh section around your thigh, securing with Velcro. Ensure the wraps are snug but not overly tight.
6.2 Power On/Off
- To turn ON: Press and hold the Power Button on the handheld controller for 2 seconds. The Power Indicator will turn green.
- To turn OFF: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds. The Power Indicator will turn red.
- Automatic Shut-off: The device will automatically turn off after 20 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overuse.

6.3 Selecting Massage Modes and Intensity
The device offers 3 massage modes and 3 intensity levels:

- Massage Modes:
- Sequence (M1): Airbags inflate and deflate in a sequential pattern from foot to thigh.
- Circulation (M2): Airbags inflate and deflate in a circulating pattern.
- Whole (M3): All airbags inflate and deflate simultaneously.
- Intensity Levels: Low, Medium, High. To adjust intensity, press the Air Pressure Button. The corresponding indicator light (Min, Mid, or Max) will illuminate.

7. Maintenance and Care
