The URBN 10000mAh Power Bank is a compact and portable charging solution designed to provide power to your mobile devices on the go. It features a 10000mAh capacity, dual USB output for charging two devices simultaneously, and 12 Watt fast charging capability.

2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

1. Connect the provided USB cable to either the Type-C input port or the Micro USB input port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. When all LEDs are solid, the power bank is fully charged.

It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Your Devices

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If it does not, press the power button on the side of the power bank.
4. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level of the power bank during charging.

5.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to view the current battery level indicated by the LED lights:

• 4 LEDs: 75% - 100% charged
• 3 LEDs: 50% - 75% charged
• 2 LEDs: 25% - 50% charged
• 1 LED: 0% - 25% charged

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the power bank. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every three months to maintain battery health.
• Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the power bank regularly, as this can reduce its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

• Power bank not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source. Try a different cable or wall adapter.
• Device not charging from power bank: Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge. Press the power button to activate output. Try a different USB output port or charging cable.
• Slow charging: Ensure your device and cable support fast charging. Some devices may charge slower if the power bank's battery is low.
• LED indicators not working: The power bank might be completely discharged. Charge it for a few minutes to see if the LEDs respond.
