Always use discs with a 125mm diameter and an M14 spindle thread. Ensure the disc's maximum RPM rating is equal to or greater than the grinder's no-load speed (11500 rpm).

  1. Press and hold the spindle lock button.
  2. Using the supplied spindle wrench, loosen and remove the outer flange nut.
  3. Place the desired 125mm grinding or cutting disc onto the spindle, ensuring it sits flush against the inner flange.
  4. Replace the outer flange nut and tighten it firmly with the spindle wrench while holding the spindle lock button.
  5. Release the spindle lock button.
  6. Before starting, manually spin the disc to ensure it is properly seated and free from obstruction.
