1. Introduction

The NORDMOND Nano Spray Machine is a cold fogging device designed for efficient and uniform application of disinfectant solutions. It atomizes liquids without heating, making your chosen solution more effective. This versatile sprayer is compatible with various cleaning solutions and products, offering a perfect solution for disinfecting a wide range of environments.

It is suitable for use in offices, homes, classrooms, gyms, studios, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, cars, buses, and outdoor areas. Its advanced design ensures thorough coverage and ease of use.

2. Important Safety Notes

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including hand, eye, and respiratory protection, when operating the sprayer.
• After each use, thoroughly clean the liquid storage tank and the straw with clean water or a mild detergent. This prevents clogging and corrosion caused by residual cleaning products.
• Ensure all electrical connections remain dry to prevent damage or electrical hazards.
• If you experience blockage, non-spraying, or intermittent spraying:
  1. Remove the filter.
  2. Turn on the machine to the highest setting.
  3. Block the nozzle with your finger to force air pressure backward, discharging any impurities in the nozzle pipe.
• Do not overtighten the liquid storage tank when installing it onto the sprayer.

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your NORDMOND Nano Spray Machine:

• Cooling Window: Helps dissipate heat during operation.
• Nano Nozzle: Produces the fine mist for effective coverage.
• Liquid Storage Tank: Holds the disinfectant or cleaning solution (380 ml capacity).
• Charging Status Indicator: Lights indicate charging progress.
• Low Setting Indicator: Illuminates when the sprayer is set to low output.
• High Setting Indicator: Illuminates when the sprayer is set to high output.
• Control Button: Used to power on/off and adjust spray settings.
• Charging Port (USB-C): For connecting the USB Type-C charging cable.

4. Setup

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the sprayer. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank). The charging status indicator will show progress. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.
2. Fill the Liquid Tank: Unscrew the liquid storage tank from the main unit. Fill the tank with your desired disinfectant or cleaning solution. Do not overfill. The tank has a capacity of 380 ml.
3. Attach the Tank: Carefully screw the filled liquid storage tank back onto the main unit. Ensure it is securely fastened but do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press and hold the Control Button to turn on the sprayer.
2. Adjust Spray Volume: Briefly press the Control Button to cycle between low and high spray settings. The Low Setting Indicator or High Setting Indicator will illuminate accordingly.
3. Begin Spraying: Hold the sprayer firmly and direct the nano nozzle towards the area you wish to disinfect or clean. Maintain a spray distance of 0.6 to 1.2 meters for optimal coverage.
4. Coverage: The high-volume cold mist ensures uniform coverage of large surfaces. Move the sprayer steadily to cover the entire target area.
5. Power Off: After use, press and hold the Control Button to turn off the sprayer.

6. Maintenance

• Regular Cleaning: After each use, empty any remaining solution from the tank. Fill the tank with clean water and run the sprayer for a few seconds to flush the nozzle and internal components.
• Tank and Straw Cleaning: Detach the liquid storage tank and clean it thoroughly with water and a mild detergent. Clean the straw to prevent blockages. Rinse thoroughly.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Storage: Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the tank is empty and clean before storage.
