4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Temperature Control
Use the temperature knob to select the desired cooking temperature. The oven can be set to temperatures up to 230°C.
4.2 Cooking Modes
The oven offers 6 cooking modes to suit various culinary needs. Rotate the function knob to select the desired mode:
- Turbo Function (Convection): Activates a fan for even heat distribution, ideal for faster and more uniform cooking.
- Upper Heating: Heats from the top element, suitable for browning or crisping the top of dishes.
- Lower Heating: Heats from the bottom element, ideal for baking bases or slow cooking.
- Combined Heating: Uses both upper and lower heating elements for general baking and roasting.
- Grill (Barbecue): Intense heat from the top element for grilling meats, vegetables, or toasting.
- Defrost Function: Uses the fan without heat to gently thaw frozen foods.

4.3 Timer Function
The timer knob allows you to set a cooking duration. Once the set time elapses, the oven will automatically switch off, indicated by an audible signal. This auto-stop function helps prevent overcooking and saves energy.
4.4 Interior Light
The oven is equipped with an interior light, allowing you to monitor the cooking process without opening the door. The light typically activates when the oven is in operation.
