Setup and Assembly

Before using your paint sprayer, ensure all parts are correctly assembled and the paint is properly prepared.

  1. Dilute Paint: Dilute your paint according to the paint manufacturer's instructions and the sprayer's viscosity guidelines (max 120 din/sec). Use the included funnel to pour the diluted paint into the 1300ml container.
  2. Assemble Container: Securely attach the container to the spray gun front part.
  3. Attach Spray Gun: Connect the assembled front part (with container) to the main spray gun body. Ensure it clicks into place or is firmly screwed.
  4. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle size for your paint and desired spray pattern.
    • 1.00mm Nozzle: Ideal for thin paints like sealers and varnish.
    • 1.8mm Nozzle: Suitable for latex paint, chalk type paint, and milk type paint.
    • 2.6mm Nozzle: Best for low viscosity primer and wall paint.
  5. Adjust Spray Pattern: Rotate the air cap to select one of the three spray patterns: horizontal, vertical, or circular.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the 9.84ft (3m) power cable into a suitable AC power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for effective and safe paint application.

  1. Test Spray: Before applying to your project, test the spray pattern and flow on a piece of scrap material.
  2. Adjust Flow Control: Use the flow adjusting knob on the trigger to control the paint output speed (0-1200ml/min) and project size. This allows for accurate and even coating without brush marks.
  3. Maintain Distance: Hold the sprayer at a consistent distance from the surface (typically 6-12 inches) and move it in smooth, even strokes.
  4. Overlap Passes: Overlap each spray pass by about 50% to ensure uniform coverage.
  5. Practice: Practice on cardboard or an inconspicuous area to get a feel for the sprayer and achieve the desired finish.

  4. Flush Sprayer: Fill the container with clean water or cleaning solution, reassemble the front part, and spray until clear liquid comes out, ensuring the nozzle is completely clean.
  5. Dry and Store: Dry all components completely before reassembling or storing to prevent rust or residue buildup.
