1. Introduction

The Pagaria WALKIE L837BT is a portable device combining an FM radio, alarm clock, Bluetooth speaker, and media player with voice recording capabilities. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your device to ensure optimal performance.

2. Setup

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Charge

Carefully remove the Pagaria WALKIE L837BT from its packaging. Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the device and to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The device features a rechargeable battery for up to 6 hours of playback.

2.2. Controls Overview

• BACKWARD / LAST SELECT / TIME SETTING: Used for navigating backward, selecting previous tracks, or adjusting time settings.
• PLAY / PAUSE: Controls playback for audio.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Power On/Off

Slide the POWER SWITCH to the "ON" position to turn on the device. Slide it to "OFF" to power down.

3.2. Adjusting Volume

Rotate the VOLUME KNOB clockwise to increase the volume and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

3.3. FM Radio Operation

To enter FM mode, press the MODE KEY (M) until "FM" appears on the LCD display. For best reception, extend the hand strap as it doubles as an FM antenna.

• Auto Scan: Long press the PLAY/PAUSE button to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
• Manual Tuning: Use the BACKWARD / LAST SELECT or FORWARD / NEXT SELECT buttons to fine-tune frequencies.
• Direct Station Selection: Enter the frequency directly using the numeric keypad (e.g., for 94.3 MHz, press 9-4-3).

3.4. Bluetooth Mode

To connect via Bluetooth:

1. Press the MODE KEY (M) repeatedly until "Bluetooth" mode is selected on the display. The device will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon.
2. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, search for "WALKIE" in the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "WALKIE" to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing.

3.5. USB/TF Card Playback

Insert a USB drive into the USB slot or a TF card into the TF slot. The device will automatically switch to USB or TF playback mode. If not, press the MODE KEY (M) to select the correct mode.

• Use the PLAY/PAUSE button to start or pause playback.
• Use the BACKWARD / LAST SELECT and FORWARD / NEXT SELECT buttons to skip tracks.
• Press the REPEAT / SINGLE / OFF KEY to cycle through repeat modes (e.g., repeat one, repeat all, random play).

3.6. Setting the Alarm Clock

The Pagaria WALKIE L837BT features a dual alarm function.

1. Press the CLOCK MODE / SLEEP TIMER KEY to enter clock setting mode.
2. Use the BACKWARD / LAST SELECT and FORWARD / NEXT SELECT buttons to adjust the time.
3. Press the CLOCK MODE / SLEEP TIMER KEY again to confirm and move to alarm settings.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and use the navigation buttons to set Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 times.
5. Ensure the alarm is activated (usually indicated by an alarm icon on the display).

3.7. Voice Recording

To record your voice, ensure a TF card is inserted into the device.

• Long press the RADIO / REC / SAVE (FM button). The device will begin recording your voice through its inbuilt microphone.
• Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to stop recording. The recording will be saved to the TF card.
• To play back recordings, switch to TF card mode and navigate to the recorded files.

3.8. Sleep Timer

The sleep timer function allows the device to automatically turn off after a set period.

• Press the CLOCK MODE / SLEEP TIMER KEY repeatedly until the sleep timer setting appears.
• Use the navigation buttons to set the desired duration (e.g., 15, 30, 60 minutes).
• The device will power off automatically once the timer expires.

3.9. Earphone Use

Connect the included earphones to the EARPHONE JACK for private listening. The device's internal speaker will automatically mute when earphones are connected.

4.1. Cleaning
