4. Setup and Installation

4.1. Wiring Diagram

The TMEZON Video Intercom System uses a 4-wire connection for the main communication between the monitor and the outdoor doorbell unit. A separate 2-wire power supply is used for the monitor. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly aligned to prevent damage and ensure proper operation.

4.2. Mounting the Monitor

1. Choose a suitable location for the indoor monitor, typically near the main entrance or in a central area of the home.

When a visitor presses the call button on the outdoor doorbell unit, the indoor monitor will ring and display the visitor's image. To answer the call, press the Answer button on the monitor.

After answering, you can engage in two-way audio and video communication with the visitor. Speak clearly into the monitor's microphone, and the visitor's voice will be heard through the monitor's speaker.

5.3. Door Release (if applicable)

If your system is connected to an electric lock, press the Unlock button on the monitor to remotely open the door for the visitor.

5.4. Intercom Function

If you have multiple indoor monitors, you can use the intercom function to communicate between them. Press the Intercom button and select the desired monitor to call.
