Setup

1. Charging the Charging Case

Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the case.
Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
The digital display on the case will show the current battery level during charging.
Charge the case fully before first use.

2. Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case.
Ensure the earbuds are properly seated; they will automatically begin charging.
The digital display on the case may show individual earbud charging status or a combined status.

3. Pairing with a Device

Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
Search for available devices and select "HOCO S11" from the list.
Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Noise Canceling

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing	Ensure earbuds are charged. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "HOCO S11" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Place earbuds back in the case, close, then reopen to reset pairing mode.
Only one earbud working	Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and remove them. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to specific reset instructions if available, otherwise try re-pairing).
Low volume or poor sound quality	Adjust volume on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure earbuds are clean and free of debris. Check for interference from other wireless devices. Ensure a stable Bluetooth connection.
