Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, ensure the smart bracelet is fully charged. Connect the charging cable to the designated charging points on the device and a USB power source. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

2. App Installation and Pairing

The M4 Smart Bracelet requires a companion application for full functionality.

1. Download the appropriate application from your smartphone's app store. The application name is usually provided in the quick start guide included with your device.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the application and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and pair with your M4 Smart Bracelet. The device name will typically appear as "M4" or similar.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Water Resistance: The M4 Smart Bracelet is IP67 life waterproof. This means it can withstand hand washing and rain. It is not recommended for swimming or showering, as prolonged exposure to water or hot water may damage the device.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device when the battery level is low.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on:

  Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 30 minutes.

• Device not pairing with phone:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Make sure the device is within Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters).
  • Restart both the smart bracelet (if possible) and your phone.
  • Check if the app is updated to the latest version.
  • If previously paired, try unpairing and re-pairing the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
• Inaccurate health readings:
  • Ensure the bracelet is worn snugly on your wrist, not too loose or too tight.
  • Clean the optical sensors on the back of the device.
  • Remain still during measurements for best accuracy.
• Notifications not appearing:
  • Ensure the bracelet is paired and connected to the app.
  • Check notification settings within the companion app to ensure they are enabled for desired applications.
  • Verify phone's notification permissions for the app.
• Short battery life:
  • Reduce the frequency of continuous heart rate monitoring if enabled.
  • Decrease screen brightness if adjustable.
  • Ensure the device is fully charged each time.
