Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before use. Failure to follow instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.   • Blades are sharp. Handle with care. Always use the non-slip tabs for safe blade removal and insertion.
  • This product is 110V only. Do not use with 220V power outlets without a suitable voltage converter.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean Blades: Before first use, wash the stainless steel blades with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The knife handle should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
  3. Assemble Blades: Hold the blades by the non-slip grips. Align the two blades and slide them together until they lock into place. Ensure they are fully engaged.
  4. Insert Blades into Handle: With the blades assembled, insert the blade shaft into the opening on the front of the knife handle. Push firmly until you hear a click, indicating the blades are securely locked.
  5. Verify Connection: Gently tug on the blades to ensure they are firmly attached to the handle before plugging in the knife.

Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Work Area: Ensure you have a stable cutting surface and a suitable cutting board.
  2. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a standard 110V electrical outlet.
  3. Grip the Knife: Hold the ergonomic handle firmly. The design allows for comfortable use in either hand.
  4. Activate: Press and hold the On/Off button located on the handle to start the blades. The blades will reciprocate rapidly.
  5. Carving Technique:
    • For meats and poultry, use the included serving fork to stabilize the item.
    • Guide the knife through the food with gentle pressure. Allow the blades to do the work; do not force the knife.
    • Use a sawing motion for optimal results, moving the knife back and forth.
    • The knife is suitable for carving meats, poultry, bread, tomatoes, vegetables, cakes, and even shaping foam for craft projects.
  6. Deactivate: Release the On/Off button to stop the blades.
  7. Unplug: Always unplug the knife from the outlet immediately after use.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Unplug Before Cleaning: Always ensure the electric knife is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Blades: Press the blade release button firmly and carefully pull the blades out of the handle using the non-slip grips.
  3. Clean Blades: The stainless steel blades are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
  4. Clean Handle: Wipe the knife handle with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the handle in water or any other liquid.
