Setup and Installation

  1. Remove Air Intake: Carefully disconnect and remove the existing air intake system from the throttle body.

  10. Connect Coolant Bypass Hose: Reconnect the coolant bypass hose(s) to the new throttle body.
  11. Connect TPS & MAP Sensor Plugs: Reconnect the electrical plugs to the new TPS and MAP sensors. Ensure they are securely connected.
  12. Connect Cable & Hoses: Reconnect the throttle cable, emissions hoses, and the air intake system.
  13. Final Checks: Double-check all connections, hoses, and wiring for security and proper routing. Reconnect the battery.

Operating Instructions

After installation, it is recommended to perform an ECU reset to allow the vehicle's computer to learn the new throttle body's characteristics. The throttle body features an idle adjustment screw for fine-tuning the engine's idle speed.
