Important Safeguards

• Do not attempt to defeat the interlocking safety lid mechanism.

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts except the motor base in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The chopping cup, lid, and blade are dishwasher safe (top rack only).

1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
2. Carefully place the stainless steel blade assembly onto the center post inside the chopping cup. Ensure it sits securely.
3. Add ingredients to the chopping cup. Do not overfill. The maximum capacity is 1-1/2 cups.
4. Place the lid onto the chopping cup, aligning the tabs on the lid with the slots on the cup. Twist the lid clockwise until it locks into place. The unit will not operate unless the lid is properly secured due to the interlocking safety mechanism.
5. Place the assembled chopping cup with lid onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.

Operating Instructions

This mini chopper is designed for chopping, mincing, and dicing various ingredients. For best results, process ingredients in small batches.

1. Ensure the chopper is properly assembled as described in the "Setup and Assembly" section.
2. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. To operate, press and hold the pulse button located on the top of the motor base. The blades will begin to rotate.
4. Use short, quick pulses for coarse chopping, or hold for longer periods for finer results. Monitor the consistency of your ingredients through the clear chopping cup.
5. Release the pulse button to stop operation.
6. Once desired consistency is achieved, unplug the unit from the outlet.
7. Carefully remove the chopping cup from the motor base.
8. Twist the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
9. Carefully remove the blade assembly before emptying the chopped ingredients. Always handle the blade by the plastic hub, as the blades are very sharp.

Tips for Best Results:

• Cut large ingredients into 1-inch pieces before processing.
• Do not overload the chopping cup.
• For ingredients like onions or garlic, use short pulses to avoid over-processing into a paste.
• For harder ingredients, ensure they are cut into smaller, uniform pieces.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your mini chopper.

1. Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble all removable parts: lid, blade assembly, and chopping cup.
3. Wash the lid, blade assembly, and chopping cup in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. These parts are also dishwasher safe (top rack only).
4. Caution: The stainless steel blade is extremely sharp. Handle with extreme care.
5. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
