Troubleshooting

Charger is not providing power:
  • Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
  • Verify that the charging cable is properly connected to both the charger and your device.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable to rule out a faulty cable.
  • Test the charger with a different device to confirm if the issue is with the charger or the device.
Device is charging slowly:
  • Ensure your device supports fast charging and that you are using a compatible USB-C to USB-C cable (or USB-C to Lightning for iPhones).
  • Check if your device's battery is extremely low, as charging speed can be slower at very low percentages.
  • Avoid using your device extensively while charging, as this can slow down the charging process.
  • High ambient temperatures can sometimes reduce charging efficiency.
Charger feels warm during use:

It is normal for the charger to become warm during operation, especially during high-speed charging. This is due to the energy conversion process. If the charger becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/unusual odors, immediately unplug it from the power outlet and discontinue use. Contact customer support.
