1. Introduction

The Imou Cruiser is an advanced outdoor security camera designed to provide comprehensive surveillance with its 4MP QHD resolution, pan/tilt capabilities, and intelligent features. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Imou Cruiser camera to ensure optimal performance and security for your property.

The Imou Cruiser is a sleek, black and white outdoor security camera featuring two prominent antennas for enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity. It is designed for wall mounting and offers a wide field of view for comprehensive surveillance.

2. Setup

2.1. What's in the Box

2.2. Physical Installation

The Imou Cruiser is designed for wall mounting. Use the provided mounting template to mark drill holes. Secure the mounting bracket to the desired outdoor location, ensuring it is within Wi-Fi range and has access to a power outlet. The camera is IP66 weatherproof, suitable for various outdoor conditions.

2.3. Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the camera's power input. The camera comes with a 3-meter waterproof power cord, allowing for flexible placement while ensuring protection against outdoor elements.

Download the 'Imou Life' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and add your new Imou Cruiser camera. The app will guide you through connecting the camera to your 2.4G Wi-Fi network.

3.1. 360° Coverage & Pan/Tilt

The Imou Cruiser offers extensive coverage with its 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt rotation range. This allows you to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle via the Imou Life app, ensuring no blind spots in your surveillance area.

3.3. Smart Human Motion Tracking
