• These RGB string lights are not connectable end-to-end. Do not attempt to link multiple sets together.

4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the string lights, remote control, and user manual from the packaging.
2. Prepare Remote: Locate the remote control and remove the clear insulation sheet from the battery compartment to activate it.
3. Placement: Determine the desired location for your lights. The 98 ft length with a 9.8 ft extension cord provides flexibility for various indoor or outdoor setups.
4. Secure Adapter: If installing outdoors, ensure the power adapter is placed in a dry, protected area, away from direct exposure to rain or snow.
5. Connect Power: Plug the string lights into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The Joomer RGB String Lights are controlled using the included 42-key remote. Ensure the remote is pointed directly at the green controller box for optimal response.

5.1 Remote Control Functions

• ON/OFF: Power button to turn the lights on or off.
• Color Zone: Buttons for selecting 9 single colors (Red, Green, Blue, White, etc.) and 7 dual-color combinations.
• Functions / Modes Selection Area: Choose from 12 dynamic modes (e.g., STEADY ON, LEVEL LIGHT, RANDOM, BLOOM, FADE, TWINKLE, FLASH, WAVES, CHASING, STACKING, FIREFLY, JUMP, STAR SHOWER, FLICKERING, RAINBOW). Each function includes 16 color options.
• 4 Preset Functions: Dedicated buttons for quick access to common lighting patterns.
• Night Light / Auto / Speed:
  • Night Light: Press once for 50% brightness, press again for 100% brightness.
  • AUTO: Cycles through 4 preset functions.
  • SPEED + / SPEED -: Adjusts the speed of dynamic modes (4 speed settings).
• Timer Functions:
  • 4H: Lights turn ON for 4 hours, then OFF for 20 hours, repeating daily.
  • 6H: Lights turn ON for 6 hours, then OFF for 18 hours, repeating daily.
  • 8H: Lights turn ON for 8 hours, then OFF for 16 hours, repeating daily.
  • TIMER OFF: Cancels any active timer setting.

5.2 Memory Function

The lights are equipped with a memory function. Your last selected mode and color settings will be retained even after the lights are turned off and on again, eliminating the need for daily resets.

5.3 Night Light Function

Activate the dedicated night light mode via the remote control for a warm, soft glow. This mode provides subtle illumination and maintains low energy consumption, suitable for various indoor and outdoor ambiances.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the lights and controller box with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, carefully coil the string lights and store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the wire and bulbs for any damage. Do not use if any part is damaged.
