- Loosen the knob on the adjustable bracket and slide the microscope unit up or down the vertical rod to get a rough focus.
- Use the fine-focus knob on the microscope unit itself to achieve a sharp image.
- Adjust LED Lights: Bend the flexible arms of the LED lights and adjust their brightness using the controls on the light units to ensure optimal illumination without glare.
- Digital Zoom: Use the digital zoom buttons on the microscope unit to increase or decrease the magnification beyond the optical zoom.
- Image/Video Capture: The microscope unit typically has buttons for capturing still images or recording video. Refer to the on-screen menu or specific button labels for these functions. Captured media is usually saved to a microSD card (not included).
- External Display (HDMI/USB):
- If connected via HDMI, the microscope's view will be mirrored on the external monitor. Ensure the monitor is set to the correct HDMI input.
- If connected via USB to a computer, you will need compatible software (often provided by the manufacturer or available for download) to view and control the microscope.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button to turn off the microscope.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently clean the microscope lens. For stubborn smudges, a small amount of lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth, not directly to the lens.
- Cleaning the Body: Wipe the microscope body and stand with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, store the microscope in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment. Consider using a dust cover.
- UV Filter: Ensure the UV filter is clean and free from scratches to maintain optimal image quality and lens protection.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/Microscope does not turn on. | Power cable not connected properly; faulty power adapter; power button not pressed correctly. | Check all power connections. Ensure the USB power adapter is functional. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. |
| Image is blurry or out of focus. | Incorrect focus adjustment; microscope too high/low; dirty lens. | Adjust the fine-focus knob. Adjust the height of the microscope unit on the stand. Clean the lens carefully. |
