4. Setup Guide
4.1 Connecting to Devices
The Dragon Touch S1 Pro offers versatile connectivity options. Ensure the monitor is powered using the included wall charger and one of the USB-C cables before connecting to a source device.
- Using USB-C (Full-Featured):
For devices with a full-featured USB-C port (e.g., MacBook Pro, some laptops, and phones that support DisplayPort Alternate Mode), connect one end of the included USB-C cable to the monitor's USB-C port and the other end to your device's USB-C port. This single cable can transmit both video and power.
- Using Mini HDMI:
For devices with an HDMI output (e.g., gaming consoles like Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch, or PCs), use the included Mini HDMI to HDMI cable. Connect the Mini HDMI end to the monitor and the HDMI end to your device. You will also need to connect a USB-C cable from the monitor to a power source (wall charger or a USB-A port on your device for power only) as HDMI does not transmit power.

4.2 Using the Smart Cover
The included smart cover protects the monitor screen and can be folded into various positions to serve as a stand. This allows for flexible viewing angles in both landscape and portrait orientations.

4.3 VESA Mounting
The monitor features VESA mount holes on the back, allowing it to be mounted on compatible VESA arms or stands (not included). This provides additional flexibility for desk setups or multi-monitor configurations.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
To power on the monitor, ensure it is connected to a power source via USB-C. Press the power button located on the side of the monitor. To power off, press and hold the power button until the screen turns off.
5.2 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
The monitor features an intuitive OSD menu for adjusting various settings. Use the roll key and return button on the side of the monitor to navigate and select options.
- Roll Key: Press to enter OSD menu. Roll up/down to navigate options or adjust values.
- Return Button: Press to confirm selection or exit a sub-menu.

5.3 Display Modes
The monitor supports multiple display modes when connected to a compatible device:
- Duplicate Mode: Duplicates the content of your primary screen.
- Extend Mode: Extends your desktop, providing more screen real estate.
- Second Screen Mode: Uses only the portable monitor as the display.

5.4 Landscape and Portrait Orientation
The monitor can be used in both landscape and portrait orientations. Adjust the display settings on your connected device to match the desired orientation.

5.5 FreeSync Functionality
For compatible gaming devices, FreeSync technology can be enabled via the OSD menu to synchronize the monitor's refresh rate with the graphics card's frame rate, reducing screen tearing and input lag.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid using alcohol, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning the Body: Wipe the monitor's exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
- Storage: When not in use, store the monitor in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging or with the smart cover attached to protect the screen.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the monitor or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not place heavy objects on top of it.
