4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for safe and correct installation:

  1. Disconnect Power: Always ensure the main power supply is turned off before beginning any installation.
  2. Identify Wires: The power supply has two sets of wires:
    • Input (AC 100-260V): Brown (Live), Blue (Neutral), Yellow/Green (Ground).
    • Output (DC 24V): Brown (Positive +), Blue (Negative -).
  3. Connect Input: Connect the AC input wires from your mains supply to the corresponding input wires of the power supply. Ensure a secure and insulated connection for each wire. The yellow/green wire must be connected to earth ground.
  4. Connect Output: Connect the DC output wires (Brown+ and Blue-) to your 24V LED lighting or other compatible DC devices. Observe correct polarity (+ to + and - to -).
  5. Secure Connections: Use appropriate waterproof connectors and junction boxes for all outdoor connections to maintain the IP67 rating.
  6. Mounting: Mount the power supply in a location that allows for adequate ventilation and is protected from physical damage.
  7. Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections for correctness and security before restoring power.
