3.1. 7-inch IPS Touchscreen NVR

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Tonton Security Camera System.

4.1. Initial Power-up and NVR Network Connection

  1. Connect the NVR to its power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.
  2. Power on the NVR using the battery switch if operating on battery, or ensure it's plugged in.
  3. On the NVR touchscreen, navigate to System Setup > Network Setup > WLAN.
  4. Enable WLAN and select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter the password and tap 'Connect'.

4.2. Camera Power-up and Pairing

  1. Connect each camera to its respective power adapter and plug them into electrical outlets.
  2. The cameras will automatically attempt to connect to the NVR.
  3. If a camera does not appear on the NVR screen, you may need to manually pair it.
  4. To manually pair, hold the reset button on the camera for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a prompt or see an indicator light change.
  5. On the NVR, go to Match Code. The system will search for available cameras.
  6. Once the camera is detected, confirm the matching process.

4.3. Mobile App Setup (EseeCloud)

  1. Download the 'EseeCloud' app from your smartphone's app store (available on iOS and Android).
  2. Register an account and log in.
  3. Tap the '+' icon to add a device. Scan the QR code displayed on your NVR screen (usually found in System Setup > Device Info).
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the device addition.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Live View and Playback

  • On the NVR touchscreen, tap on any camera view to switch to full-screen mode. Tap again to return to multi-view.
  • To access recorded footage, tap Video Playback from the main menu. Select the date and camera to review recordings.

5.2. Recording Modes

The system supports continuous 24/7 recording and motion-triggered recording.

  • 24/7 Recording: Continuously records footage to the Micro SD card. The NVR supports up to 128GB Micro SD card.
  • Motion Detection Recording: Records only when motion is detected by the PIR sensor. This conserves storage space.

5.3. Two-Way Audio

Engage in real-time conversations with individuals near your cameras.

  • From the NVR live view or the EseeCloud app, activate the microphone icon to speak through the camera's speaker.
  • Audio from the camera's microphone will be heard through the NVR's speaker or your smartphone.

6.1. Dual WiFi Connectivity
