Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the scale and all accessories from the packaging.
- Protective Film Removal: Before first use, gently peel off any blue protective plastic film from the stainless steel weighing platform.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the two included AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a flat, stable, and vibration-free surface to ensure accurate readings.

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press the [ON/OFF] button to turn the scale on. Press and hold the [ON/OFF] button to turn it off. The scale will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
- Unit Conversion: Press the [M] (Mode) button to cycle through the available weighing units: grams (g), ounces (oz), grains (gn), troy ounces (ozt), pennyweights (dwt), and carats (ct).
- Tare Function: To weigh items in a container without including the container's weight:
- Place the empty container on the weighing platform.
- Press the [T] (Tare) button. The display will reset to zero.
- Place the items to be weighed into the container. The display will show only the net weight of the items.
- Piece Counting (PCS) Function: This function allows you to count multiple identical items.
- With the scale on and showing 0.00, place a sample quantity (e.g., 25, 50, 75, or 100 pieces) of the items on the platform.
- Press and hold the [PCS] button until the display shows a number (e.g., "25").
- Press the [M] button to select the sample quantity that matches the number of items you placed on the platform.
- Press [PCS] again to confirm. The display will show "PCS" and the number of items in your sample.
- You can now add more items, and the scale will count them.

Calibration
The Fuzion Digital Gram Scale is pre-calibrated at the factory. However, if you notice inaccuracies or after prolonged use, you may recalibrate it using a known weight (not included).
- Turn the scale OFF.
- Press and hold the [M] (Mode) button, then press the [ON/OFF] button simultaneously until "CAL" appears on the display.
- Release both buttons. The display will flash the required calibration weight (e.g., "500.00g").
- Place the exact calibration weight (e.g., 500g) onto the center of the weighing platform.
- The display will show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing mode (0.00g). Calibration is complete.
Note: For best results, use a high-quality calibration weight.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the scale in water or use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the scale in a clean, dry environment. Use the included plastic trays as protective covers when not in use to prevent dust and scratches.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
