2. Product Overview

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Lighter

Your electric arc lighter comes with a built-in large capacity battery. Before first use, or when the battery indicator shows low charge, connect the portable USB cable (included) to the charging port at the bottom of the lighter. Plug the other end into a power source such as a computer, power bank, or a wall adapter.

The LED indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging progress. Once all four lights are solid, the lighter is fully charged. A single charge can provide power for over 400 ignitions.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Ignition

1. Locate the safety switch on the side of the lighter. Slide the safety switch upwards to the 'ON' position.
2. Press and hold the power button (located below the safety switch). The arc head will extend, and a plasma arc will form between the electrodes.
3. Position the arc directly over the wick of the candle or item you wish to light. The item will ignite quickly.
4. Release the power button to turn off the arc. The arc head will retract automatically.

4.2 Safety Features

• 7s Auto Off: The electric arc will automatically turn off after 7 seconds of continuous use to prevent overheating and conserve battery.
• Double Safety Switch: The power button is positioned under a safety switch, preventing accidental activation when carried in a pocket or bag.
• Plasma Arc Technology: This flameless technology is smoke-free, odorless, and windproof, making it suitable for various environments.

Caution: DO NOT touch the arc with bare hands. During ignition, a "zee,zee" noise is normal and indicates proper operation.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Periodically clean the arc tips (electrodes) with a soft, dry cloth to remove any residue. Ensure the lighter is turned off and cool before cleaning.

5.2 Storage

Store the lighter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it out of reach of children.

6. Troubleshooting

• Lighter not turning on: Ensure the safety switch is in the 'ON' position and the battery is sufficiently charged. Recharge if necessary.
• Arc not forming: Check battery level. If fully charged, ensure the power button is pressed firmly.
• Unusual noise during operation: A soft "zee,zee" sound is normal during arc formation. If the sound is excessively loud or accompanied by other issues, contact customer support.
