5. Maintenance
5.1 Dust Cleaning
Regularly clean your PC case to prevent dust buildup, which can hinder airflow and component cooling. Use compressed air to clear dust from fans, radiators, and mesh panels. For external surfaces, use a soft, damp cloth.
5.2 Fan Maintenance
Periodically check the fans for any obstructions or excessive noise. Ensure fan blades are clean and free from dust. If a fan becomes excessively noisy or stops working, consider replacing it.
6. Troubleshooting
- System Not Powering On: Double-check all power connections, including the 24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, and GPU power cables. Ensure the power supply switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify front panel power switch connection to the motherboard.
- Fans Not Spinning/Lighting Up: Ensure all fan power cables (including Molex for FRGB fans) are securely connected. Note that the FRGB fans have fixed colors and are not programmable.
- Overheating Issues: Verify that all fans are spinning correctly and are oriented to provide adequate airflow. Ensure CPU cooler and GPU fans are functioning. Check for dust buildup.
- Front Panel Ports Not Working: Confirm that the USB and HD Audio cables are correctly connected to the motherboard headers.
