The TenCloud IDW13 charger set includes two cables with opposite electrical polarities. Only one of these cables will be compatible with your specific smartwatch model. Follow the steps below to identify the correct charger for your device.
Step 1: Confirm Your Smartwatch Model
- Open the VeryFitPro App on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the "Device" section within the app.
- Locate and confirm your smartwatch model number at the top of the app menu.
The white charger is typically compatible with models such as ID205L, ID205U, ID205S, ID216, SW021, SW025, SW01, Umidigi Uwatch3, Uwatch, and Ufit Uwatch GT, which utilize the VeryFitPro app. It is NOT compatible with ID205 or ID215G.

Step 2: Verify Charging Pin Distance and Polarity
Both charging cables have a 2.84mm distance between their charging pins. It is crucial to check the pin distance on your smartwatch before attempting to charge. Additionally, observe the polarity of the charging pins on your smartwatch and compare it with the diagrams below to select the correct cable.

The black charger is designed for other smartwatch brands that also feature a 2.84mm pin distance but require the opposite electrical polarity compared to the white charger's compatible models.
